TASTE OF THE CARIBBEAN© at CHIC 2005, the
annual celebration of Contemporary Caribbean Cuisine, provides a showcase
for diversity culinary skills and styles found throughout the Caribbean.
CHIC 2005 will be held at the Hyatt Regency Miami on June 26 through 29,
2005.
Please note that the allocation of teams
during the competition meals will be assigned based on the receipt of the
team
application form. Those that register first will be the last to
compete. Entry slots are restricted to the first 10 qualifying
teams. Please remember that the national hotel association has to sign off
and approve the team that has been selected.
The Ice Carving Competition is to
individuals who are employed full-time in the Caribbean food and beverage
profession. Ten
registrations will be accepted for this competition. Priority will be
provided to team members that register prior to May 2, 2005.
The delegate registration form, which
must be completed by each individual participating in the team, will be
available shortly. This form will include all the information regarding
special hotel rates available.
